Peloton’s formal filing for an IPO is on the horizon. Last week, the company confirmed it had filed a confidential draft registration for the initial public offering with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Puma North America will reportedly spend upwards of $40 million to open a new North American distribution center in Whitestown, IN. Equipment installation will begin later this summer followed by the hiring of 90 people, according to the Indianapolis Business Journal. Puma will receive a four-year personal property tax abatement from the local county, starting at 100 percent in year one and lowering 25 percent annually, according to the newspaper.
